The Junior IT Developer Analyst will be responsible for supporting the development, maintenance, and integration of the company’s internal systems and applications. This role involves programming, data structuring, database management, and basic API integrations, ensuring the quality and proper functioning of technological solutions under the supervision of senior developers and technical leadership. RESPONSIBILITIES * Support the development and maintenance of internal applications, following sound programming practices. * Apply fundamentals of programming logic and data structures in routines and scripts. * Execute queries and data manipulation in relational databases (SQL) and Salesforce databases (SOQL). * Support simple system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. * Collaborate with the technical team to understand business requirements and translate them into software solutions. * Participate in testing, documentation, and bug fixes in the development environment. * Contribute to continuous process improvement and code quality. REQUIREMENTS * Knowledge of programming fundamentals (logic and data structures). * Academic or practical experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or similar). * Familiarity with SQL / SOQL databases — ability to navigate, query, and understand relationships. * Basic knowledge of system integrations and REST/SOAP API consumption. * Familiarity with version control (Git) and development environments (VS Code, Eclipse, etc.) is desirable. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields (completed or in progress). ADDITIONAL ASSETS: * Experience with the Salesforce Platform. * Basic knowledge of corporate system integrations. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
