




Job Summary: An IT professional responsible for handling and following up on IT tickets, installing and configuring software and networks, assembling and maintaining hardware, and preparing departmental controls. Hardware maintenance and control documentation **Main Responsibilities:** \- Ticket handling and follow-up \- Software installation and configuration \- Hardware assembly and maintenance (computers and printers) \- Network and structured cabling installation and configuration \- Raising tickets with IT vendors \- Preparing spreadsheets and departmental controls \- Equipment inventory \- Handling tickets via the Helpdesk system **Requirements:** Technical qualification in Informatics, or completed or ongoing undergraduate studies in IT-related fields.
