




Job Summary: This position supports basic technical support, installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, as well as assisting in organizing and documenting the department. Opportunity to learn about technology and IT support Responsibilities: * Provide support for basic technical support tickets (onsite and remote); * Assist with installation and configuration of computers, printers, and peripherals; * Support organization and inventory control of IT equipment; * Register and update users in internal systems, when authorized; * Assist with basic hardware and software maintenance; * Support cable management, workstations, and equipment rooms; * Help document IT department procedures and routines; * Provide administrative support to the technical team. Requirements: * Basic computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, and internet browsing); * Interest in learning about technology, systems, and IT support; * Availability for onsite work; * Currently enrolled in, preferably, an Information Technology-related program. Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
