Support projects for implementing new technologies **Description:** We are seeking an IT Analyst responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the company's information systems, providing user support, maintaining hardware/software, and participating in technology projects. Responsibilities Provide first-, second-, and third-level technical support to employees (on-site and remote). Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals. Administer systems, networks, and servers, ensuring security and availability. Monitor infrastructure and resolve incidents promptly and effectively. Manage access controls, backups, updates, and security policies. Document procedures and maintain up-to-date records. Support projects for implementing new technologies and internal improvements.
