GEAP Self-Managed Healthcare \| São Paulo \- SP \| On-site Job Description * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Systems Analysis and Development, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields, from the 3rd semester onward; * Availability to intern from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM; * Basic knowledge of agile methodologies and IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, CMMI). Responsibilities and Duties * Assist in installing operating systems; * Provide support for restoring system permissions; * Provide user support; * Support system access updates and releases; * Support installation and updates of peripherals (printers, keyboards, mice, etc.); * Perform workstation relocations and installations; * Support other operational activities of the management department; Requirements and Qualifications * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Systems Analysis and Development, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields, from the 3rd semester onward; * Strong analytical ability; * Goal- and objective-oriented mindset; * Clear speech and professional demeanor; * Dynamism. Desirable Qualifications * Practical experience and basic knowledge of agile methodologies and IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, CMMI).
