The role's mission is to ensure installations and maintenance meet the company's established standards, delivering efficient and excellent technical support. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Perform installation and maintenance services for **optical fiber, radio-based technology, and telephony**; * Carry out **connectorization, cable lashing, and cable pulling**; * Perform **work at height**, correctly using PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPE); * Configure network equipment, such as **routers**; * Identify faults and perform repairs on optical fiber, radio, and telephony systems; * Conduct testing and maintenance on data communication network equipment; * Retrieve equipment in case of service cancellation; * Serve local customers, with possible travel and overnight stays when necessary; * Maintain company vehicles, tools, PPEs, and equipment; * Comply with organizational work standards, quality requirements, and internal policies. ### **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Minimum 6 months of experience in technical roles (preferred); * Basic knowledge of: * Computer literacy; * FTTH and FTTX; * Structured cabling; * Building installations; * Driver's license category B; * Willingness to travel; * Flexible availability for shifts. ### **Advantages** * Technical course in Telecommunications.
