About the Role Alcoa has an opportunity for an Industrial Operator in the Reduction area at its Alumar facility in São Luís (MA). The selected candidate will act as both facilitator and executor of pot lining activities, supporting related demands and analyzing requests concerning electrolytic pots. They will also contribute to process development, execute planned activities according to best practices, monitor work stages, and propose improvements to optimize time and costs—ensuring quality across all stages of pot lining. Other key responsibilities include:* Assist in mortar preparation and application; * Assist in assembly, cleaning, and finishing of linings; * Assist in removal of broken pot materials when required; * Organize and maintain materials, tools, and equipment clean; * Follow company instructions and procedures; * Perform other tasks related to the lining area as directed; * Ensure individual and collective safety by using PPE and adhering to safety standards.
