So, everything we do at CNH Industrial is about reaching new heights as one team, always delivering for the good of our customers. **Job Purpose** --------------- Serve as the Human Resources representative at the Piracicaba site, ensuring implementation of corporate HR policies, promoting a healthy and strategy-aligned work environment consistent with CNH’s objectives, and supporting leaders and employees across all people management processes. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ **HR Administration \-** Ensure compliance with corporate policies, labor legislation, and safety regulations. Coordinate payroll with third-party provider, benefits administration, manage local HR budget, and handle HR administrative processes. **Employee Relations \-** Serve as the focal point for questions, requests, and engagement initiatives. Conduct internal communication activities and reinforce CNH culture. **Projects and Continuous Improvement \-** Lead local HR projects and support global initiatives. Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement) and propose action plans. **People Management and Organizational Culture \-** Support talent development, engagement, and retention programs. Develop the direct HR team. **Leadership Support \-** Act as a strategic partner to local managers, providing support on performance topics, workforce planning alignment, and organizational climate. Conduct recruitment and selection processes aligned with plant needs. **Experience Required** ----------------------- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
