Its responsibilities include labor analyses, management of labor litigation and indicators, conflict resolution, support to business areas and employees, and implementation of continuous improvements to drive labor-related innovation. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ • Provide guidance, support, and service to employees and leaders across various business areas on topics related to the area; • Support plant-level Union Relations processes by collecting data, preparing documents, and attending internal and external meetings; • Address internal requests related to Labor Litigation; • Monitor indicators, conduct analysis, and propose preventive and corrective actions; • Propose and lead internal process changes focused on improving internal customers’ experience and the area’s efficiency; **Experience Required** ----------------------- **Education:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields • **Experience:** Experience in administrative or HR activities will be an advantage • **Competencies:** Communication, ability to learn quickly, teamwork orientation, analytical mindset, and ownership mindset • **Computer Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (knowledge of Power BI and/or Pipefy is an advantage) • **Language:** Basic English **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------------------- **What We Offer** ----------------- We offer dynamic career opportunities across an international landscape.
