We are hiring: **COMMUNICATION MANAGER:** Manage the brands’ and institutional tactical communication plan (per Executive Board guidelines); Coordinate campaign execution and the editorial calendar; Ensure visual identity, tone-of-voice, and messaging consistency across all touchpoints; Manage digital channels and social media (content, publishing, and monitoring); Manage communication and media performance (KPIs, optimizations, and reports); Structure and supervise digital customer service workflows and cross-departmental interactions; Monitor reputation and crisis risk, ensuring response plans and escalation protocols; Coordinate content and material production (institutional, product, commercial, and events); Manage relationships, deliverables, and performance of agencies and suppliers; Plan and control the communication and media budget, ensuring efficiency; Coordinate launch communications and go\-to\-market support with involved departments; Manage internal marketing and internal communication in coordination with HR; Ensure governance of communication processes, deadlines, checklists, and compliance; Lead and develop the team, distributing tasks and ensuring delivery quality; Consolidate executive reports and recommendations for the Executive Board. **Requirements:** Proven experience in communication, preferably within consumer goods companies and team management; Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields; Postgraduate degree preferred; Willingness to work on-site in Monte Mor, SP.
