Conduct candidate interviews, record evaluations, and align with hiring managers. Monitor recruitment and selection KPIs, supporting area analysis and reporting. Provide support during new employee onboarding to facilitate adaptation. Support HR department strategic projects and initiatives. Previous experience as an HR Consultant, Human Development Analyst, HR Coordinator, or HR Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
