Generation and analysis of managerial reports for decision-making A service-providing company seeks an HR Payroll Analyst in Santo André. **Responsibilities:** Work within the Payroll Department with emphasis on electronic timekeeping control and management, performing daily monitoring of working hours via a high-demand integrated system, ensuring data reliability and compliance. Responsible for analyzing timekeeping inconsistencies, resolving discrepancies, manual adjustments, absences, tardiness, overtime, time banks, additional allowances, and special working hours. Execute monthly timekeeping closing, ensuring accurate transmission of data to payroll processing in alignment with labor legislation and internal company policies. Provide support to employees and managers to clarify questions regarding working hours, shift schedules, compensatory time, and timekeeping policies. Collaborate closely with HR, payroll, and operational leadership teams to manage shift schedules, work shifts, and differentiated working hours, as well as system configuration and maintenance (working hours, exceptions, holidays, leaves, and absences). Generate and analyze managerial reports and indicators related to absenteeism, overtime, and productivity to support decision-making. Ensure labor compliance, organize documentation, and provide support during internal and external audits, maintaining a high standard of control, accuracy, and confidentiality of information. Previous experience as HR Specialist, HR Analyst, Payroll Department Coordinator, or Payroll Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
