Opportunity to coordinate and develop the R&S team and HR leaders. #### **HR COORDINATOR** #### **Required Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields. * Proven solid experience in Recruitment and Selection, preferably in coordination or leadership roles. * In-depth knowledge of various R&S methodologies and tools. * Ability to conduct competency-based interviews. * Experience managing R&S metrics and preparing reports. * Willingness to travel. * Excellent interpersonal communication skills, proactivity, and ability to work in a team. #### **Benefits:** * DD+ Club (wholesale pricing on purchases, exclusive discounts, cultural, leisure, health, and other partner benefits) * On-site meals (breakfast and lunch or dinner at company cafeteria) * Funeral assistance. * Basic food basket (based on attendance). * Cash transportation allowance. * Health and dental insurance plans. * Educational partnerships (undergraduate, postgraduate, MBA, and English courses) and SESC. * Career development plan. #### **Responsibilities:** * Define and implement innovative Recruitment and Selection strategies aligned with business needs and organizational culture. * Manage the entire R&S cycle for existing stores and new stores under expansion. * Conduct competency-based and behavioral interviews, assess candidates’ cultural fit, and issue interview evaluation reports. * Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for strategic and high-volume positions. * Manage and optimize recruitment platforms, social media, and other talent attraction tools. * Prepare and analyze R&S metrics (e.g., average time-to-fill, turnover within the first three months), proposing action plans for continuous improvement. * Act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing support and guidance throughout hiring processes. * Participate in building and maintaining a strong employer brand. * Coordinate and develop the R&S team and HR leaders, ensuring training and process alignment. * Support onboarding of new employees by providing guidance related to People & Management policies. * Conduct visits to all stores to support and develop HR leaders, including stores in GO, TO, and BA. * Support other HR initiatives as required. #### **Skills:** * Leadership; * Teamwork; * Organization; * Communication; * Agility. #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
