Job Summary: A dynamic and committed professional to work as an HR Assistant, supporting the team in personnel management, contract and benefits tracking, and training organization. Participate in organizing training and development programs. We are seeking a dynamic and committed professional for the position of HR Assistant at Andriello S.A. Indústria e Comércio. This is a fundamental role to support our human resources team and ensure that our HR operations run efficiently and in alignment with industry best practices. As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in personnel management, as well as monitoring employment contracts and benefits; additionally, you will support the organization and implementation of training and development programs for employees, ensuring alignment with company goals. In the system, you will handle employee time clock registration. Familiarity with Rubi and Senior time clock systems will be a plus! Your role will also include supporting personnel record maintenance and collaborating on special projects as needed.
