If you are organized, communicative, and enjoy working with people, this opportunity may be right for you! **Job Responsibilities:** * Responsible for organizing and verifying onboarding documents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and established deadlines for new employee onboarding. * Support recruitment and selection processes (job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling); * Support the organization of training sessions and internal marketing initiatives; * Update control spreadsheets and provide support to the HR team in various activities; * **Execution of other duties related to the role**, as required and directed by management. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity.
