* Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, from aligning candidate profiles with managers to the hiring stage. * Ensure alignment of expectations and maintain clear communication with candidates and managers throughout the process. * Develop and update recruitment and selection reports, metrics, and tracking systems. * Contribute to employer branding initiatives and improve the candidate experience. * Provide support and assistance to employees regarding Human Resources-related matters. * Assist with Personnel Department routines when necessary. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Prior experience in Recruitment and Selection. * Organizational skills to manage multiple selection processes simultaneously.
