Job Summary: We are seeking a hands-on and strategic Head of Finance to lead the finance function of a solid Brazilian group, optimizing results and acting as a strategic partner. Key Highlights: 1. Lead financial automation and digital transformation powered by AI. **About the Challenge** We are looking for a **hands-on, strategic, and senior-level Head of Finance** to lead the finance function of a solid Brazilian group comprising multiple **companies**, with **more than 3,000 employees.** Role Mission: Generate consistent cash flow, optimize financial results, and act as a strategic partner in the group’s decision-making. **Responsibilities and Assignments** **Key Challenges** * Manage tight margins characteristic of the technology services sector; * Reduce customer receivables aging; * Drive sustainable growth across the group’s companies; * Lead automation and digital transformation of finance processes using Artificial Intelligence. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and develop the entire finance function (accounting, treasury, controllership, financial planning, and taxation); * Manage cash flow with intense focus on cash generation and aging reduction; * Maintain strategic relationships with banks and financial institutions; * Lead strategic collections from large corporate clients; * Operate in a **hands-on** manner, diving into operations whenever necessary; * Ensure compliance and adaptation to the **Tax Reform** in the services sector; * Implement financial process automations using **Artificial Intelligence**; * Actively participate in **M&A** (mergers and acquisitions) processes; * Manage the team via **OKRs**, with emphasis on measurable outcomes; * Prepare managerial and strategic reports for shareholders; * Travel as needed for meetings with clients, banks, or group units **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum **15 years of experience** in finance, including tenure at **major Brazilian companies** (preferably in services, technology, or consulting); * Proven experience as **Head of Finance** in large enterprises; * Advanced knowledge of the **Tax Reform** and its implications for the services sector; * Strong expertise in **cash generation**, treasury, and aggressive receivables management; * Good relationships with banking institutions; * Experience in **M&A** processes; * Knowledge of **financial process automation using AI**; * **Fluency in English** (reading, writing, and speaking); * Experience managing teams using **OKRs**; * **Hands-on** profile with high execution capability and proactivity; * Availability for **in-person work** four days per week at the office; * Willingness to undertake domestic/international travel as required.
