This role will serve as the technical architect responsible for integrating Marketing, Sales, and Data—ensuring that our processes (from Paid Media to Closed\-Won) are automated, scalable, and grounded in reliable data, while also providing technical leadership to our Marketing Ops and Media/Analytics analysts. **Day-to-day responsibilities:** * Architect GTM Workflows: Design, build, and maintain advanced technical workflows that feed enrichment, scoring, campaign triggers, and multi-channel outreach programs; * Lead Martech and AI Strategy: Take technical ownership of marketing and automation tools, connecting paid media, marketing ops, and sales execution into a coherent operation with data models demonstrating operational effectiveness; * Automate Personalization: Build workflows leveraging enriched data and AI insights (LLMs) to automate sales outreach and trigger targeted marketing plays; * Implement AI Intelligence: Build advanced workflows (via n8n/LLMs) that transform unstructured data (call transcripts, market news) into structured insights and competitive triggers for the sales team; * Optimize the Outbound Engine: Create cascading (Waterfall) enrichment strategies to identify and prioritize accounts in the new market, delivering contextualized leads to BDRs and reducing manual effort; * Develop Custom Scripts: Write Python/JavaScript scripts and use iPaaS tools (n8n, Make) to connect systems and automate manual tasks not addressed by native integrations; * Process Governance: Establish documentation standards and best practices for GTM workflow development, balancing speed with maintainability and data integrity. **Requirements:** * Solid experience in GTM/Ops, having worked in RevOps or Sales Ops within B2B Enterprise companies; * Advanced proficiency in HubSpot (Operations Hub/Custom Objects) and enrichment tools such as Clay; * Proven experience with iPaaS platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier) and webhooks; * Ability to translate business objectives into technical tasks for data and operations analysts; * Proficiency in Python or JavaScript (for scripts and APIs) and SQL; * Fluent English. **About Incognia:** **Incognia** is an innovative provider of next-generation identity solutions enabling secure, frictionless digital experiences.
