Our mission is to be a creative and execution-oriented environment that inspires people and connects experiences. **Job Description** We seek a Graphic Designer to join our team and work both strategically and operationally. This person will be responsible for creating and developing visual materials for events, including visual identity, online and offline promotional pieces, social media graphics, printed materials, signage, giveaways, and on-site visual support. They will collaborate closely with marketing and production teams to ensure quality, creativity, and visual consistency. **Responsibilities** Develop visual assets for on- and off-line campaigns; Support the creation of layouts and screens for video editing and motion graphics; Participate in the creative conception of campaigns, proposing visual solutions and ideas; Work jointly with sales and marketing teams to transform briefings into creative deliverables. **Requirements** Proven experience in graphic design and/or art direction; Proficiency in tools such as the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; Experience producing screens for motion design; Up-to-date portfolio; Proactive profile, attentive to performance improvement; Ability to devise creative solutions for challenges and unforeseen circumstances. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience using AI-powered platforms (Freepik and Envato).
