GENERALIST HR ASSISTANT

Description

* Manage and maintain electronic timekeeping systems, work schedules, and entries for medical certificates, absences, and other occurrences, ensuring accurate calculation for payroll closing; * Lead the store's recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, resume screening, interviews, and collection of onboarding documents; * Be responsible for submitting to Corporate HR information related to vacations, terminations, hires, and other personnel administration processes; * Control signatures and organization of employment documents, such as timekeeping reports, work schedules, vacation records, warnings, and termination agreements, as well as monitor union homologations; * Monitor, together with store leadership, employee performance during the probationary period, supporting development and retention initiatives; * Ensure adherence to HR processes and policies from hiring through termination, guaranteeing compliance with labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements; * Support the implementation of disciplinary actions in coordination with store leadership and management; * Promote HR policies, standards, and procedures across all store employees; * Conduct new employee onboarding and exit interviews; * Serve as the company's legal representative at labor hearings, when required; * Support internal communication initiatives, organizational climate assessments, employee engagement activities, and workplace improvements; * Contribute to occupational health and safety initiatives, supporting compliance with internal regulations; * Provide support during technical visits and HR-related requests at regional stores; * Maintain organization, custody, and security of documents, materials, and equipment under one's responsibility; * Perform other duties related to the position, as required by departmental needs and company guidelines.
