Does it align with you? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the operation of internal HOTMILK PUPCR events; * Internal venue reservations and controls; * Registration and attendance tracking; * Venue setup according to event-specific requirements; * Procurement and management of suppliers for coffee and other event-related supplies; * Communication with clients to support event execution; * Submission of service requests and tickets in internal systems related to events (promotions, reservations, special requests); * Data collection and updating of pre-defined reports and controls; * Promotion of events across internal and external channels. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need:** * Currently enrolled in Communications-related fields: Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, or related disciplines * Availability to intern from 1:30 PM to 7:30 PM **Nice-to-Have Skills:** * Desired knowledge: Basic Photoshop or Illustrator, for derivations. **Additional Information** **What You’ll Find Here:** * Meals at Bistrô Marista: We provide meals on-site on days of in-person internship * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Quality of Life Program * Zenklub: Access to telehealth sessions with mental health specialists, with two monthly consultations free of charge * “Conte Comigo” Program: Multidisciplinary team available for social support, legal guidance (excluding labor law), financial and pension consulting * Benefits Club: Partnerships with companies across various sectors, offering special discounts on services and products * Free Parking * Remote work possibility up to two days per week **Internship Stipend: R$ 1\.200,00** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 1:30 PM to 7:30 PM\. **Location:** PUCPR – Curitiba Campus If you wish to join a team that influences the world of tomorrow, we’d love to meet you.
