Here, you’ll have the opportunity to demonstrate your value and challenge yourself while helping **the largest players in the national market** keep their businesses aligned with consumer demands! **Responsibilities and Duties** **In this role, you will:** * Monitor data quality indicators; * Ensure validation rates align with client expectations for the accounts you support; * Strengthen relationships with served distributors; * Provide support to manufacturers and distributors via phone, e\-mail, and WhatsApp; * Resolve issues with a consistent focus on excellent customer service; * Support collaboration and communication across internal and external teams; * Develop Excel skills and explore new knowledge and alternatives to improve processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To succeed in this role, you should have:** * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills; * Curiosity and eagerness to learn; * Friendliness and strong interpersonal skills with colleagues and external teams; * Proactivity, initiative, and desire for personal and professional growth; * Critical thinking ability; * Genuine concern for resolving customer issues. **It’s a plus if you have:** * Proficiency in English and/or Spanish. **Additional Information** At Neogrid, People Matter.
