Support with internal tools and customer retention An administrative services company seeks a Customer Support Analyst in Diadema. **Responsibilities:** Provide friendly and efficient customer service using the DigiSac system for communication. Respond to inquiries promptly, clearly, and thoroughly via available support channels. Assist in payroll administration, including issuing FGTS, DARF, and other labor contribution forms. Input updated information into the payroll system (Domínio and/or Fortes). Issue vacation receipts and organize files and documents in a structured manner. Provide support for the use of internal tools and platform resources. Engage in customer retention efforts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve service quality and processes. Previous experience as a Customer Service Specialist, Customer Relationship Analyst, Technical Support Coordinator, or Customer Service Consultant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
