Ensuring compliance with customs regulations **Job Description:** ---------------------- Manage networks, servers, cybersecurity, and customs regulatory compliance, ensuring that IT systems and resources align with legal and operational requirements of the customs environment, while also providing operational and user support. a) Administer logical networks and physical servers, ensuring proper terminal functionality and maintaining infrastructure necessary for port operations, as well as guaranteeing system stability. b) Create users, groups, access policies, and configure network policies to ensure usability and security of resources for employees. c) Verify firewall and antivirus integrity to protect data and infrastructure, meeting mandatory cybersecurity requirements and safeguarding company assets. d) Establish communication via WhatsApp and telephone for support and service coordination, supported by the senior analyst and/or manager to ensure prompt support and issue resolution. e) Validate information related to access control, weighing systems, CCTV, and other critical systems to ensure unit functionality, requesting team support when necessary. f) Maintain technological infrastructure aligned with legal and operational demands of terminals.
