Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Administrative Assistant to support construction site operations, ensuring efficiency in administrative, financial, and logistical processes. Dynamic environment focused on organization and proactivity We are looking for a professional to work as a **Construction Administrative Assistant**, directly supporting construction site operations and ensuring that administrative, financial, and logistical processes run efficiently. If you are an organized, practical person who enjoys seeing things happen day-to-day, this opportunity may be right for you. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Manage site finances (cash flow, entries, invoice verification, billing, and payments) * Support HR processes (hiring, terminations, time tracking, vacations, medical certificates, and benefits) * Manage supplies (material and equipment requisition, control, and organization) * Organize site logistics (machine and vehicle rentals, accommodation and meal arrangements) * Control documents (contracts, reports, and regulatory compliance) * Serve as the liaison between the construction site and the office * Support accommodation management ### **Technical Requirements** * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields is preferred). * Experience with administrative routines (preferably in construction projects). * Intermediate knowledge of Excel. * Basic knowledge of financial and HR routines. * Familiarity with administrative systems: Outlook and ERP (TOTVS) ### **Behavioral Profile** * Organization and discipline. * Proactivity and a hands-on attitude. * Strong communication skills (especially with field teams). * Attention to detail. * Resilience and ability to handle multiple demands and pressure. * Sense of responsibility and commitment. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with administrative routines * Basic knowledge of finance and HR (invoices, procurement, time tracking) * Experience in construction/civil engineering environments * Intermediate knowledge of Excel * Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., TOTVS) * Organization, proactivity, and responsibility ### **Benefits** * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Life insurance Minimum Education Level: Technical Course
