If you seek a dynamic work environment and value employee well-being, this position is for you. **Responsibilities:** * **Preparation and Service:** Prepare drinks (according to technical specifications), juices, coffee, and serve draft beer and other beverages. * **Mise en Place:** Prepare fruits, ingredients, and organize bar counters for opening. * **Hygiene and Maintenance:** Maintain cleanliness of countertops, sinks, equipment (beer dispensers and coffee machines), and sterilize glasses and stemware. * **Operations:** Perform opening/closing checklists, power on/off equipment, and assist with inventory. * **Teamwork:** Collaborate with colleagues to deliver service that exceeds customer expectations. **What We Offer:** * **5x2 Work Schedule:** Fixed days off on **Sundays and Mondays**. * **Weekly Bonus:** Performance- and goal-based incentive. * **On-site Meal** and **Transportation Allowance**. * **Relaxation Area:** Dedicated space for employee rest. **Requirements:** * Collaborative mindset and full commitment to standardization and quality. * Careful handling of bar equipment and utensils. * Alignment with the company’s mission and values.
