The ideal candidate will have experience creating social media content, along with strong communication and customer service skills, contributing both to the company’s digital presence and to customer experience. We seek an organized, communicative, and creative individual who can balance digital marketing activities with direct customer support via WhatsApp and phone. Familiarity with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, After Effects, Premiere, Meta Business, and Canva will be considered a plus. Responsibilities: Create graphics, videos, and engaging content for social media Manage and update profiles across digital platforms Develop creative audience engagement strategies Respond to customers via WhatsApp and phone, providing information and support Deliver courteous and prompt service, assisting with inquiries and requests Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent communication and brand identity Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed Requirements: Proven experience in creating social media content Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, After Effects, Premiere, Meta Business, and Canva Strong verbal and written communication skills Ease in customer interaction and relationship management Organization, proactivity, and ability to work collaboratively Ability to handle multiple tasks in a digital environment If you are creative, communicative, and enjoy both content creation and customer interaction, we want to meet you!
