Join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide technical support and open service tickets when necessary; * Conduct diagnostics to identify improvements in processes and customer service; * Collaborate with management and other assistants on matters related to the Ombudsman’s Office, Reclame Aqui, and Procon; * Manage and respond to complaints from subscribers and readers originating from digital channels, app stores, Procon, and platforms such as Reclame Aqui; * Maintain organization and respond to email inboxes; * Provide digital support to the call center and handle BackOffice requests; * Monitor and disseminate NPS/CSAT survey results to the business area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Proactivity and initiative; * Results orientation and commitment to continuous improvement; * Customer focus and user experience orientation; * Teamwork and collaboration; * Adaptability and continuous learning ability; * Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. **Additional Information** **The application deadline for internal candidates is February 15, 2026.** RBS is made up of people.
