Also assists in issuing and posting tax and accounting invoices, calculates direct and indirect taxes, and verifies entries in tax books. Verify movements of entries, exits, and closing of tax books; Correct tax and accounting entries for taxes (ICMS, PIS, COFINS, ISS, and others); Provide support during tax audits; Serve internal customers; Resolve pending tax matters with public authorities; Issue electronic outgoing tax invoices; Record incoming tax invoices in controls; Organize tax and accounting documentation; Validate the posting of tax invoices; Perform withholding at source (federal, municipal, and state revenues); Calculate and control withheld and paid taxes;
