Job Summary: Grupo Seres is seeking an IT Assistant to provide technical support, maintenance, and operation of the technology infrastructure, serving internal users and supporting online teaching platforms. Grupo Seres is seeking an IT Assistant to provide technical support, maintenance, and operation of the **technology infrastructure**. This professional will play an essential role in supporting internal users, assisting teaching platforms, monitoring online assessments, and supporting IT governance as well as simulator and corporate classroom infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment; * Provide user support regarding installation and use of corporate software; * Perform backups and monitor key corporate tools; * Configure and maintain equipment (laptops, desktops, monitors, mice, printers, etc.); * Manage procurement needs for new equipment and IT supplies; * Support corporate systems projects, such as integrations and improvements; * Monitor online exams, providing support in case of incidents during assessments; * Support student access to the teaching platform and online classes; * Assist in preparing IT governance reports (ticket tracking, simulator incidents, IT assets, maintenance, replacements, and equipment substitutions); * Support simulator and corporate classroom infrastructure tasks, including cable routing, equipment relocation, minor furniture adjustments, and equipment assembly. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Processing, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of Office 365 administration; * Familiarity with networking, systems, and IT operations; * Experience in technical support and user assistance; * Basic English proficiency; * Minimum of 1 year of experience in this role is preferred. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in corporate and educational environments; * Experience with distance learning platforms; * Experience in IT asset management and IT governance; **Work Location:** * Avenida das Américas – Barra da Tijuca – RJ (On-site) Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
