Tasks include document organization and archiving, experience in recruitment and selection, resume screening, interviews, payroll processing, labor charges, employee onboarding, vacation management, contract termination, homologation, timekeeping, and benefits administration; This is a full-time, on-site position located in Santa Bárbara D'Oeste, SP. **Qualifications** * Experience in human resources, including personnel management, employee follow-up, and support in recruitment and selection processes and personnel department activities. * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and teams, ensuring clear transmission of information. * Ability to perform administrative tasks, manage documents, monitor processes, and organize daily responsibilities. * A degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field is preferred, along with proficiency in computer applications and HR management systems.
