HR Activities Support and Collaboration Salary: R$ 2\.100,00 \+ VT \+ Basic Food Basket R$ 174,10 per month \+ R$ 110,00 retention bonus if no justified or unjustified absences occur Schedule: Mon–Thu 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Work Location: Cajamar Center \- SP Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proven experience in Recruitment and Selection; * Knowledge of talent attraction methods and techniques; * Familiarity with HR tools and digital technologies; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Ability to work collaboratively and operate autonomously; Responsibilities: * Support candidate Recruitment and Selection processes; * Promote the HELPFUL GROUP brand on social media and job platforms; * Establish partnerships with universities and educational institutions; * Monitor and report on selection process performance; * Collaborate in implementing HR policies and procedures; * Provide support for other Human Resources department activities.
