




Job Summary: Project Assistant responsible for developing, interpreting, and modifying fire protection projects, as well as providing technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for professionals in Engineering or Architecture **Position: Project Assistant** Employment Type: Permanent Work Location: Brooklin Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days per week) and on-site during the probation period Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Willingness to Travel **Responsibilities:** Develop and interpret fire protection projects in accordance with technical standards using AutoCAD; Perform digitization, architectural drawing, and existing fire protection project drawings; Clean and update architectural base files; Modify or redraw existing fire protection projects according to requirements; Conduct site inspections of buildings for project coordination when necessary; Support the team leader. **Technical Knowledge:** Project coordination; NBRs and ITs issued by the Fire Department; Fire Protection Systems; Technical Drawing; Microsoft Office – Intermediate level; AutoCAD – Intermediate level; BIM: an advantage **Education and Certifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture **Behavioral Competencies:** Objective and focused Communicative Team-oriented Proactive Committed Organized Time management Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred Qualifications: * Civil Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree * Architecture and Urban Planning, Bachelor’s Degree Willingness to travel
