Requirements * Completed high school education (higher education in Administration, Business Management, or related fields is desirable); * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail; * Ability to handle public-facing service. Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in administrative routines; * Experience in customer or member service.
