Job Summary:
Professional responsible for performing accounting entries, assisting with financial statements and audits, and organizing documents in the accounting department.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support accounting closing and tax calculation
2. Assist with audits and serve internal/external clients
3. Verify tax documents and organize records
Perform accounting entries and bank reconciliations.
Assist in preparing trial balances and financial statements.
Verify tax, financial, and accounting documents.
Organize and archive departmental documents and records.
Support monthly and annual accounting closing.
Assist in tax calculation and ancillary obligations.
Generate control reports and spreadsheets.
Support internal and external audits.
Respond to requests from internal and external clients related to the accounting department.
**Requirements**
Technical or undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields (currently pursuing or completed).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and tax legislation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical ability.
Compensation: R$2.300,00 - R$3.000,00 per month
