Opportunity for professional growth and high-quality deliverables. **DESCRIPTION:** Participate in the **structuring and execution of clients' accounting routines**, ensuring organization, reliability of information, accurate bookkeeping, and support to the accounting team, contributing to the quality of deliverables and the advancement of served clients. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Request and organize **clients' accounting documents**. * Perform **file imports** into the accounting system. * Review and validate **received information and documents**. * Perform **accounting entries**. * Carry out **account reconciliations and accounting balance reconciliations**. * Issue and review **trial balances**. * Assist in organizing departmental files, controls, and routines. * Provide support to the accounting team as needed. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Accounting (currently pursuing); * Experience in the **accounting field**; * Knowledge of **accounting systems** (Domínio proficiency is a plus); * Basic understanding of accounting entries, reconciliations, and trial balances. **COMPENSATION + BENEFITS:** * Salary; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Health insurance. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) **First month will be on-site; thereafter, hybrid work (2 days per month on-site)** Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: Hybrid remote work for São Paulo, SP
