Supports managers and leaders in operational and administrative processes, entering required information into systems to ensure correct process execution. * Provide practical daily-work support to managers and leaders, such as preparing documents, operating systems, handling and replying to e-mails; * Customer and supplier service in person, by phone, and WhatsApp; * Verify invoices, payment statements, and bank slips; * Create and update spreadsheets according to departmental requirements; * Provide support to various departments within the company.
