Development within a public procurement ecosystem The Apprentice Youth will work at the Technical Support Center performing operational and support activities, with emphasis on learning the administrative routines of the area. Their activities will be carried out under supervision, contributing to information organization, control updates, and basic demand tracking. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Fill out call-tracking spreadsheets according to team guidance. * Update ticket status in the system, following predefined instructions. * Record basic service information in internal controls. * Organize and archive digital documents related to services. * Forward calls to responsible departments as directed by the team. * Assist in verifying information in systems and spreadsheets. * Monitor call lists and flag simple discrepancies to the responsible person. * Assist in organizing e\-mails and area records. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Age between 14 and 24 years, as stipulated by the Apprenticeship Law. * Currently enrolled and attending school, if high school has not yet been completed. * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite and internet navigation). **Additional Information** * Gympass; * Amil Health Plan (with co-payment); * SESC membership; * Caju Card: R$15.00 per working day; At the Public Procurement Portal, we believe that *simplicity drives transformation*.
