Shall we move forward together? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze and process salary loan requests in accordance with internal guidelines; * Develop and implement quality-of-life programs and projects, social initiatives, and commemorative events; * Provide social support to employees, including monitoring of leave-takers and accident victims, guidance on INSS (Brazilian Social Security Institute), life insurance, and family support; * Support the inclusion of persons with disabilities and rehabilitated individuals, as well as monitor absenteeism in partnership with Occupational Medicine; * Manage benefits (health plans, benefit cards, agreements, leaves, among others) and perform other duties related to the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Sustainable Development, Benefits Management, or related areas is desirable; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation, ESG practices, and Public Policies on Social Assistance; * Must reside in Presidente Prudente or be willing to relocate.
