Main Responsibilities: * Perform administrative support activities across various departments of the company; * Organize and archive physical and digital documents; * Update spreadsheets, reports, and internal systems; * Assist in controlling and monitoring administrative processes; * Provide support in preparing various reports and documents; * Answer phone calls and attend to customers and suppliers as needed; * Support scheduling management, meetings, and appointments; * Carry out other related duties as required by the team. Requirements: Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Accounting, or related fields currently underway are desirable); Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail; Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
