Support the initiation, tracking, and closure of maintenance requests, inspections, and service calls, ensuring promptness and quality of solutions. Update and maintain information in internal systems, ensuring organization, reliability, and accuracy of records. Escalate complex requests to the Customer Experience Analyst or Leader, ensuring appropriate handling and customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields, currently enrolled or completed Proficiency in Microsoft Office Previous experience in customer service Resident of Piracicaba/SP
