Description
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields;
* Prior experience in Industrial Controller roles;
* Theoretical and practical knowledge of accounting, financial statements, and cost analysis;
* Knowledge of profit-and-loss structure and cost centers;
* Experience with industrial production processes;
* Knowledge of rate calculations;
* Experience with budgeting and managerial financial analysis;
* Advanced Excel;
* Advanced English for conversation and writing;
* Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP;
* Willingness to travel.
**Responsibilities:**
* Perform calculation, verification, and recording activities to manage daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic indicators for decision-making;
* Conduct reconciliations and verifications across various reports to comply with local internal requirements and group regulations;
* Prepare monthly management reports with analyses of achievements and variances related to WIP, inventory, profitability, CD variations, and budget;
* Develop cost reports, budgets, efficiency analyses, and associated KPIs to support management;
* Analyze accounting information and performance indicators to monitor cost projections, workload, and revenue;
* Participate in budget preparation and monitoring, including analyses of cost evolution, cost centers, and factory labor hours;
* Support financial and management closing, ensuring data consistency;
* Collaborate with business and industrial operations areas to provide financial support for strategic decisions;
* Conduct analyses related to inventory, productive hours, machine production costs, and performance variances;
* Maintain frequent communication with international teams, especially the Americas plant.
