AI Engineer (Dev Master) About the project A SuperApp redesign project focused on modernizing the Android, iOS, and Backend Java platforms—preserving existing functionality while reorganizing user journeys for the end customer. Your mission Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using Large Language Models (LLMs). Provide technical leadership to Android, iOS, and Backend Java developers for feature development. Create technical specifications and develop AI agents used across the development lifecycle. Your goal is to provide technical leadership for a SuperApp redesign team, leveraging AI-driven agent-based development. You must be available to work onsite at the client’s location in São Paulo (SP) several days per week. Requirements and Responsibilities: AI Agent Development: Essential knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and AI agent development for optimizing processes within the development workflow; Proficiency in Spec\-Driven Development (SDD); Knowledge of Claude Code, Skills, and MCPs; Leadership of multidisciplinary teams; Participation in meetings to define solutions between business and engineering areas; Monitoring of technical and business metrics and KPIs; Management of dependencies, conflicts, and stakeholder expectations; Ensure implementation of requirements and production rollout according to the client’s process. Knowledge WCAG 2\.1 AA standards Solid experience in Backend Java development.
