What we offer: * Market-competitive salary * Benefits * Commission and bonuses * Opportunities for professional growth **Responsibilities:** * Provide courteous and high-quality customer service, ensuring an excellent customer experience. * Assist with customer reception, identifying needs and providing basic product information. * Support the sales process and goal achievement, always with leadership guidance. * Perform additional and cross-selling (cross-selling), where applicable. * Process purchases at the point of sale (POS) under supervision. * Assist with managing exchanges and returns. * Maintain the store organized, clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing. * Stay updated on the product portfolio, supported by the team. * Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and cooperative service. * Build trust-based relationships and foster customer loyalty. * Follow internal procedures, including inventory control routines. **What we seek:** We are seeking a **Junior Retail Salesperson**, proactive and willing to learn and develop commercial skills.
