We believe in diversity, equity, and inclusion of professionals regardless of disability, race/ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, origin, or family composition. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your day-to-day will include:** * Providing technical support to employees or customers, helping resolve hardware and software issues, clarifying doubts, and assisting with device and system configuration; * Handling service requests related to microcomputing; * Ensuring customer service deadlines are met; * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment, such as computers, printers, scanners, and other devices; * Installing, configuring, and updating software, operating systems, and applications on computers and servers; * Collaborating on the implementation of information security measures—such as antivirus, firewalls, and access policies—to protect systems and data; * Assisting in data recovery in case of system failures; * Training employees or end users on the proper use of IT systems and equipment; * Tracking and maintaining an IT asset inventory—including hardware and software—to ensure appropriate control over IT resources. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need:** * Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields (preferred); * Basic knowledge of Operating Systems (e.g., Windows and Linux) (preferred); * Basic knowledge of Office suite (preferred); * Basic knowledge of Hardware (preferred). **Additional Information** **Courses and Certifications:** **** * Courses focused on operating systems, networks, and Office suite (preferred); * Cloud-related courses and/or certifications will be considered a differentiator (preferred). **Join Certsys and Be Part of the Digital Transformation of the Public Sector!** Are you passionate about technology and innovation, and do you believe true digital transformation begins with cultural change?
