Main Responsibilities * Provide courteous and efficient customer service; * Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food according to company standards; * Operate the cash register and process payments; * Organize, restock, and maintain cleanliness of the store and cafeteria; * Monitor product replenishment and assist with inventory verification; * Ensure product quality and high-quality customer service. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Prior customer service experience is a plus; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Organizational skills, responsibility, and commitment; * Availability to work on weekends and holidays, as per schedule.
