VIACAO JACAREÍ is looking for a Tire Technician skilled in bus tire replacement, mounting, and demounting. If you possess knowledge and experience in this field, join our team and become part of a solid and market-recognized company. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct periodic inspections on tires of vehicles located in the company yard; * Respond promptly to tire shop maintenance service requests; * Track tire replacement and maintenance through completion of specific reports and forms; * Classify tires according to technical criteria for retreading or recapping; * Operate machinery designated for tire mounting and demounting; * Perform tire alignment, balancing, and inflation procedures; * Organize and implement tire rotation across fleet vehicles; * Carry out repairs and apply appropriate lubricants to tires; * Mount and demount tires onto wheels according to technical standards. **Required Qualifications:** * Proven prior experience in automotive tire shops, preferably with heavy-duty vehicles; * Knowledge of alignment, balancing, inflation, and tread re-grooving of tires; * Organization, attention to detail, and proactivity; * Ability to work collaboratively within a team alongside other professionals in the area; * Manual dexterity and attention to detail to deliver excellent workmanship. **Benefits:** * Salary negotiable based on expertise; * Meal allowance: BRL 951.00; * Food basket; * Subsidized medical plan; * Dental plan; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Partnership with SEST/SENAT (psychologist, nutritionist, dentists, physiotherapist, gym, leisure area with swimming pool).
