Design, install, operate, and optimize Oracle database resources and solutions for the Court, ensuring high availability, integrity, security, and performance of institutional information **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities** * **Install, deploy, administer, and maintain** the suite of tools, software, and hardware comprising the contractor's Oracle solutions. * Handle **incidents, problems, service requests, and changes** at Level 3 related to the database environment. * Perform **configurations, modifications, and optimizations (tuning)** to ensure optimal application performance. * Keep the environment up-to-date through the **application of patches and fixes**, following change management guidelines. * Provide specialized technical support on data techniques and tools for system maintenance projects. * **Specifically administer the Oracle environment**, maintaining the data object library and safeguarding an integrated view of information. * Define criteria for **logical data security** and validate logical and physical models with the client. * Configure and administer **backup and restore routines**, supporting the formulation of data protection policies. * Conduct continuous analysis of performance and computational resource utilization. * **Lead the prospecting of new database infrastructure solutions** and develop technical specifications to support institutional analyses. * Develop and maintain up-to-date technical documentation and best-practice articles. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** **Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree** in Information Technology (IT). **Courses and Certifications:** ITIL 4 Training (minimum 12 hours) * **Official ITIL 4 Foundation certification** or higher * Official **OCP (Oracle Certified Professional)** certification * **Linux Fundamentals** course (minimum 20 hours) * **Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Multicloud Architect Professional** course. **Professional Experience** Demonstrated experience in the specialty of database administration. **Behavioral Competencies** * **Analytical Ability:** Accuracy in diagnosing failures within mission-critical environments. * **Focus on Quality and Security:** Technical rigor in handling sensitive data and maintaining integrity. * **Proactivity:** Anticipating performance bottlenecks and proposing improvements. * **Professional Communication:** Clarity in writing manuals and communicating with development teams. **Additional Information** Work Location: Fortaleza, CE **We’re thrilled to have you here with us — even if virtually!
