We operate remotely, directly within the systems of accounting firms, using an exclusive methodology in Brazil. Our **Fiscal** team focuses on excellence and tax compliance, providing strategic and personalized support to our clients. We are looking for a **Fiscal Analyst** with a highly technical profile and analytical vision, who will be responsible for performing tax calculations, fiscal reconciliations, document analysis, and ensuring correct bookkeeping and compliance with ancillary obligations. Together we are stronger! **Responsibilities and attributes** **Here your purpose will be:** **Fiscal Service and Client Relationship:** * Provide client service via phone, WhatsApp, in-person and online meetings in order to resolve possible doubts and align processes. Problem resolution, search for tax information, and monitoring of tax legislation. **Preparation and Submission of Ancillary Obligations:** * Submit Ancillary Declarations for all regimes of low, medium, and high complexity at the federal, municipal, and state levels, through programs provided by public agencies, in order to comply with current legislation. **Tax Calculation and Fiscal Closing for Simples Nacional:** * Perform fiscal closing and send payment guides for Simples Nacional companies of low, medium, and high complexity or with specific particularities and strategies through the Domínio system and the RFB website, in order to comply with municipal, state, and federal legislation. **Fiscal Closing for Presumed Profit Companies:** * Perform fiscal closing and send payment guides for Presumed Profit companies of low, medium, and high complexity or with specific particularities and strategies through the Domínio system and the RFB website, in order to comply with municipal and federal legislation. **Fiscal Management of Economic Groups – Real Profit:** * Perform fiscal closing and send payment guides for Real Profit companies of low, medium, and high complexity or with specific particularities and strategies through the Domínio system and the RFB website, in order to comply with municipal and federal legislation. **Strategic Fiscal and Tax Consulting:** * Provide Fiscal and Tax Advisory and Consulting at a complex level through tools provided by Econet and on public agency websites, in order to meet the needs and inspections of clients. **Internal Training and Operational Support to the Team:** * Support new team members, providing guidance regarding the system, network, and execution of processes in the fiscal department.
