Enhance the slaughterhouse department's yield by performing precise cuts—removing hematomas and excess fat from slaughtered carcasses; ensure proper trimming of cuts by following technical specifications and supervisors' instructions; ensure correct cleaning of stomach parts by removing excess fat and separating the omasum and abomasum. Assist in the Half-Carcass Sawing and Needle Tip stages by modeling premium cuts using knives.
